Shipping Information

Products may be shipped in multiple packages. Shipping is free for metal GuitarStuds orders. Shipping for all GuitarStuds apparel and accessory items (e.g. coffee mugs) are based on flat rate shipping and processing via Printful. Currently, apparel and accessories are fulfilled through Printful. By law, we must collect sales taxes for all orders shipped to TX, and apparel (t-shirts, hats and cups) shipped to CA and NC. For pre-owned guitars, GuitarStuds pays for shipping to buyer and requires a signature upon delivery.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

All metal GuitarStuds sales are final. If your GuitarStud is defective, please use the contact page to request an exchange for a GuitarStud of the same finish. For returns, exchanges, and refunds for apparel and accessories, please use our Contact page.

For pre-owned guitars, GuitarStuds offers a 48-hour return policy upon buyer receiving guitar; however, buyer must pay return shipping. A refund of the original purchase price (minus the original shipping cost) will be issued upon GuitarStuds receiving the guitar and ensuring the items are in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer.
