2. GuitarStuds, Inc. is not responsible for any physical harm from the use of GuitarStuds or decorative chains.

3. GuitarStuds Apps (Back|Track, StringKing, SongShots) are for educational and recreational purposes. GuitarStuds is not liable for any data loss on your devices.

4. GuitarStuds reserves the right, without notice, to modify or discontinue an App temporarily or permanently. You agree that GuitarStuds shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the App or any portion thereof.
